Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time or any time earlier.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a confirmed reservation at least 30 days before arrival, there is a $0 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days, there is no refund. Please note that we always recommend purchasing travel insurance/trip interruption insurance to help protect your investment should something unexpected come up. Travel insurance is typically 7% of your total trip cost, and coverage details are available on the checkout page.
Note: Cancellation policies may vary on other marketing sites, but it is ALWAYS most affordable to book directly with us at Carolina Properties. Booking direct also enables a guest loyalty discount, available across our many properties upon your second stay.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking.
