For your convenience, the first of two laundry rooms is located directly behind the kitchen. The center of the home features two large living areas—one with a gas stone fireplace and the other with a large television.   You'll have plenty of windows to take in the natural surroundings.

This level offers extensive additional living space, including a large living room with a second gas stone fireplace and a large TV, as well as a second extra-large kitchen. Dining options downstairs include seating for four at the kitchen counter and four more at the dining table.

Outdoor Features
Sliding glass doors on both levels provide access to the lake side of the home. The main level is the deck is comfortable, stylish, and convenient, and you'll feel it was very intentionally built for fast, unplanned leisure. There is a dining set on this deck, with seating for 8, and a hot tub. Stairs lead down to the lake, where you can find additional seating by the water, and a gazebo. Enjoy the professionally landscaped gardens, a water wheel, and pond on your way down to the lake.

From here, you have easy access to the lake, which is perfect for swimming and kayaking. This is a naturally wooded area, and there are tree limbs under the water, so jumping in is unsafe.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking.
