Welcome to "Hidden Falls Cabin" by Carolina Properties, where a long-paved drive next to a creek will lead you to your perfect mountain retreat! Surrounded by mountains and Toms Falls Waterfall, this mountain cabin near Chimney Rock and Hendersonville allows you to book a home and, for your time here, live and embrace a true mountain lifestyle many only dream of.  There is also a brand-new Hot Tub for guest use!

The large grassy yard, an awe-inspiring waterfall right off the back deck, outdoor seating, a wrap-around porch, a carport, and a park-style outdoor BBQ grill will have you in love before you even step inside the cabin.  Private and naturally majestic with native plants everywhere outside, let's stroll in and take a look...
You'll enter through the laundry room because that's nearest to the carport and the best parking area. Here, you'll find a place to hang your jacket, wash your hands, and peel off your worn clothes from the day's hike.

You'll find river views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms on the main level. The main level master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a freestanding shower. This room has its own deck access, so it's a real treat.  Bedroom two has a full-size bed, and from there, you'll be lulled into a relaxed state by the sound of the Toms Falls waterfall. This room uses the full bath directly across the hall.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living room; the highlight of the kitchen is the large counter and bar seating for 4. The dining room table adjacent seats 6 comfortably. There is also comfortable seating for six with a bit of room to spare in the living room.

Walk up to the loft and find incredibly spacious deck space for two, with one desk overlooking the waterfall, and let us say, "You have to see it to believe that this fabulous place exists."

On this upper level is another master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a freestanding shower, and a soaking tub. Enjoy a dip in the tub or relax in your room while listening to the sounds of nature and rushing water just outside.

From couples to families, Hidden Falls Cabin offers the ideal mountain cabin, a rustic luxury experience you'll remember and return to for years.

Nearby Attractions:
There is plenty of space to explore and hike near Hidden Falls Cottage.  If you decide you'd like to venture to nearby attractions, we highly recommend Chimney Rock (6 miles), Lake Lure Beach (7 miles), and Chimney Rock State Park (6.3 miles).  Hidden Waterfall Cottage is perfectly located about 20 miles from three terrific towns: Hendersonville, Black Mountain, and Asheville. The Biltmore Estate is just 21.3 miles away.

This mountain home, our nearby towns, and Lake Lure have so much to offer, no matter the season. Whether it is plentiful restaurants, shopping, or a fun outdoor adventure, you and your loved ones will never forget your time spent here!

Area Wide Notice: Lake Lure will undergo a drawdown from January 1st, 2024, through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet have been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. For more information, click here. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season.   This will not affect the smaller lakes in the area, only Lake Lure itself.

Smoking is prohibited in all of our vacation rental homes.
Pets are not allowed in this home or on the property.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time (or later if you prefer).
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time (or earlier if you prefer).

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel a confirmed reservation at least 30 days before arrival, there is a $0 cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 30 days, there is no refund. Please note that we always recommend purchasing travel insurance/trip interruption insurance to help protect your investment should something unexpected come up.  Travel insurance is typically 7% of your total trip cost, and coverage details are available on the checkout page.

Note: Cancellation policies may vary on other marketing sites, but it is ALWAYS most affordable to book directly with us at Carolina Properties. Booking direct also enables a guest loyalty discount, available across our many properties upon your second stay. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
