Spend sunny days fishing on the private waters of Lake Lanier, which is approximately 150 acres in size, rainy days shopping in Landrum or Tryon, and any day relaxing out on the home's private screened-in porch or inside beside the fireplace in the comfortable living room.

After a day exploring Tryon or at TIEC, nothing beats coming home to this peaceful, cozy lakefront home, where you can lounge on comfy couches beside the flickering gas fireplace in the living area. Turn on the mounted smart TV to unwind after a busy day.
When dinner time rolls around, cook up your catch from Lake Lanier in the fully equipped kitchen. Complete with all the necessary cookware, this kitchen is sure to please. There's also a new gas grill in the backyard for the grillmaster in your group.
Seating is ample; serve meals at the high wooden dining table next to the living room or dine al fresco on the screened-in porch featuring a picnic table and lots of extra seating.
Sleep is sure to come easily in any one of the three bedrooms, each offering a television, a ceiling fan, and dressers for easy storage.
- There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower and bathtub combination. *Currently, the upstairs bathtub can only be used as a shower and cannot be plugged for soaking due to a leak.*

While you are here, you won't want to miss a natural treasure less than half a mile (three minutes) from this home! The 14-mile Blue Wall Passage portion of the Palmetto Trail crosses pristine natural areas managed by The Nature Conservancy and houses more than 100 species of birds. Memorable wildlife, breathtaking scenery, and a 30-foot cascading waterfall on a side loop offer exciting photo opportunities for nature lovers.

LAKE LURE WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR RECREATIONAL BOATING, FISHING, OR SWIMMING IN THE 2025 SEASON. Although the lake is closed and lowered while Hurricane Helene cleanup continues, there is much that our beautiful foothills area has to offer. LAKE ADGER, LAKE LANIER, SHUMONT LAKE, and MIRROR LAKE suffered no damage, so homes and those lakes are available. BALD MOUNTAIN LAKE in the resort is open and beautiful. We are welcoming guests in over 60 beautiful homes to use as a "home base" for visiting nearby towns, restaurants, shops, hiking areas, and seasonal special events in Lake Lure, Hendersonville, Asheville, Black Mountain, Saluda, and Tryon. Golf is open to the public at Rumbling Bald, and local area wineries, breweries, trails, and music are within an hour's drive. Many of the Chimney Rock shops are set up at the Tryon International Equestrian Center Pavilion. Chimney Rock Park is now open!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
